为在运行工厂实施高效机房、冷热联动与热能回收改造，改造投入由节省下来的能源费用逐步回收，让升级自己付钱。We retrofit running plants — efficient chiller plants, heat-cool linkage and heat recovery — and recover the investment from the energy saved, so the upgrade pays for itself.

FMCS厂务能源管理系统Facility monitoring & control
基于工业物联网的厂务监控平台，实时采集水、电、气与暖通、加药、污水等系统数据，展示机房 COP 与能耗趋势，异常自动告警。An IIoT platform that monitors utilities in real time — water, power, gas, HVAC, dosing and wastewater — with plant-room COP, consumption trends and automatic alarms.
