我们如何设计一座 PCB 工厂How we design a PCB plant

THE PROBLEM

一座 PCB 工厂,要同时跑起来 23 个系统A PCB plant runs 23 systems at once

这 23 个系统彼此耦合:冷冻站的水温决定末端盘管面积,空压机的排热决定热水系统的热源,废气排风口的位置决定冷却塔的效率。They are coupled: chilled-water temperature sets coil sizes, compressor heat sets the hot-water source, exhaust outlets set cooling-tower efficiency.

STEP 01 · 定题

先把范围、人、时间钉死Pin down scope, people and time

23 个系统逐项签字——哪些由我们做、哪些业主自理、哪些由设备厂商随机配套;每个专业都有署名负责人,对接人固定、不换人、不转手;35 个工作日七个节点,顺序排序、进度透明。All 23 systems signed off one by one — ours, the owner’s, the equipment vendors’; a named lead for every discipline, no hand-offs; seven milestones in 35 working days, in sequence and transparent.

STEP 02 · 校数

业主给的数据,我们先校一遍We verify the owner’s data first

用瀚鼎项目数据库与已完工项目实测值,比对业主提供的设备需求;按以往 PCB 无尘室的温湿度与洁净度要求逐项校对;以机电系统设计为主体,让工艺设备末端配置随系统工况调整——工艺设备末端优化 8 项。Owner-supplied demands are checked against our project database and measured values from completed plants; cleanroom parameters against past PCB cleanrooms; and terminal equipment is configured to suit the system — eight process-terminal optimisations.

STEP 03 · 选方案

115 项选配,逐项算给业主看115 options, each costed for the owner

暖通 27 项、给排水 49 项、环保 17 项、配电 13 项、通用 9 项——每一项都附功能性差异说明、造价成本差异、节能收益测算与运维影响。业主自己选,我们不替业主决定花钱的方式。HVAC 27, water 49, environmental 17, power 13, general 9 — each with its functional difference, cost delta, savings estimate and O&M impact. The owner chooses; we never decide how the owner spends.

STEP 04 · 出图

方案设计书与全专业 BIM 建模Concept report and full-discipline BIM

以系统为单位的整厂机电设计方案书:需求统计、方案设计、设备选型、机房布局及定位、管道走向、选配项设计。BIM 由瀚鼎自有建模组完成:机房 + 车间 + 管井与室外管路,配漫游视频并与现场实际安装逐处对照。A whole-plant M&E concept report by system — demand, concept, equipment, plant-room layout, routing, options — and BIM by our own team: plant rooms, workshops, shafts and outdoor lines, with walk-throughs checked against the installed work.

BIM 真正解决的两件事:What BIM really fixes: 让施工碰撞在开工前暴露;确保管道阻力达到设计标准——阻力不达标,后面的水泵电费就年年白交。clashes surface before work starts, and pipe resistance is held to design — otherwise the pump bills are wasted every year.

各专业技术要求(施工界面、设计规范、主体设备参数、施工工艺、材料);品牌库(价格、质量、售后、性价比四维,我们给依据,不替业主拍板);工程范围与工程清单(无漏项、无争议,综合单价/总价双口径);招标文件(招标书、招标图纸、专业要求、清单)。Technical requirements per discipline; a brand library rated on price, quality, service and value; scope and BoQ with no omissions or disputes; and the tender documents — bidders understand at first read and price fast.
